It actually came quicker than I thought, which was nice. The delivery was fast, so no complaints there. But the box was a little dented when it arrived, and that kind of bothered me. Nothing was ruined, but still, the dented box was annoying. I just wish it had been handled a bit better because getting a dented box is never great.

Support got back to me quickly and managed to sort out the issue with my order. I wasn’t totally sure how long it would take, but it ended up being fairly smooth, so I’m happy overall.

Paying was painless and everything worked fine, so no real complaints there. I just wish they had more wallet options, because having so few feels a bit dumb.

I ordered a bag from Gokotta Lifestyle, and to be fair, it does look close to the photos. The material feels decent, and most of the stitching is neat enough, so at first glance I was happy with it.
That said, a few of the edges weren’t finished very cleanly, and one strap already had a loose thread when it arrived. It kind of makes you wonder if anyone really checked it properly before shipping. Not awful, but for the price, I expected better. 3 stars from me.
